Naperville Police Seek Suspect Who Accosted Women on Park Paths; $1,000 Reward Offered
Naperville police and the Park District are asking the public for help identifying a suspect described as a white or Hispanic male, 17 to 22, who made unwanted physical contact with two women near park district paths last month. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered.
Naperville police and the Naperville Park District Police Department are asking for the public's help in identifying a person who made unwanted physical contact with two women over the last week near park district paths.
The first incident occurred at about 7:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, near Hillside Road and Washington Street, according to a bulletin issued Tuesday by Naperville Crime Stoppers. The second incident took place at about 7:30 p.m. Sunday near Gartner Road and Edgewater, the organization reported.
Neither woman was injured, officials said.
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 17 to 22 years old. He was wearing dark clothing and carrying a backpack while riding a larger-style e-moto bike and perhaps wearing Apple-style headphones.

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest, and tips can be made anonymously, the organization said.
