Local High Schools Continue Big 12 Baseball Streak

Normal Community, Normal West, and Peoria Notre Dame all secured victories in Big 12 baseball action on Friday.

Normal Community defeated twin city rival Bloomington with another impressive win. Normal West and Peoria Richwoods went to 10 innings before the Wildcats took the game 1-0. Peoria Notre Dame added to the list of Friday winners alongside Dunlap, Eureka, and Brimfield.

Other 25News coverage shows Washington and Illini Bluffs won softball games on the same day. Dunlap also edged Metamora for their fifth straight Mid-Illini tennis title.

Residents in Bloomington-Normal can follow their local schools through the Big 12 season with these victories.
